Do you require a minimum number of hours booked?

Yes, we require a minimum booking of 2 hours for all cleans.

Do you provide cleaning products and equipment?

Yes, we provide all cleaning products and equipment needed for the job.

Do you charge by the day or hourly?

We charge hourly for weekly/fortnightly clients but offer a day rate for one-off cleans. For one-off cleans, we provide a free visit and quote before booking.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and bank transfers.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a deposit for one-off day-rate cleans to prevent cancellations and to keep our calendar open for other clients.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

We understand that plans change. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Deposits for one-off cleans are non-refundable.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

Not necessarily. Many clients provide a key or access instructions if they’re not home.
